How To Place An Order

• Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your items ship but most orders ship same day M-F.
• $5.99 flat fee shipping on most orders.  Some orders shipping directly from the manufacturer may be higher and based on weight and distance.
• We ship to all USA zipcodes.
• Remember to allow processing time before your order ships.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• We  accept returns with prior authorization on unopened products witnin 30 days of purchase. Please log into your account and click the RMA link to submit your requesst.
• Returns must be sealed and unopened with an RA number clearly written on outside of package. 
• Packages without a return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.
• Shipping is non refundable and the amount will be deducted from your refund.
• Use our Contact page or log in to your account to submit your RMA.
• Damaged items will be replaced after returning the damaged goods to us.
• Please obtain prior authorization before returning any items.

Return and Refund Policy: 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened products within 30 days of  the purchase date. Contact us by email for a return authorization number.
