Shipping is by US Mail. USA orders only.

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of First Class Mail.
Priority Mail is usually a 2-3 business day delivery but not guaranteed. Remember to allow processing time before your order ships.

- Shipping charges are $4.99 by First Class Mail or $8.99 for Priority Mail.
- One flat shipping fee for your entire order.

We accept returns with prior authorization on unopened products witnin 30 days of purchase.
Returns must be sealed and unopened with an RA number clearly written on outside of package. - Packages without a return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.
Wholesale orders are not returnable.
Shipping is non refundable and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Tracking and delivery confirmation: We receive delivery confirmation on every order and will be notified when your order has been delivered by the United States Postal Service. Once we receive notification of delivery by the US Post Office we are no longer responsible for theft or damage to your order. Orders that are confirmed as being delivered by the US Postal Service are non-refundable if stolen or damaged AFTER it's been delivered. If you live in an apartment and there is a risk of your order being left outside after delivery you may want to have your order shipped to you at a more secure location. We can not reship or refund orders that have been delivered and then stolen from outside your residence.
We can not reship or refund orders that have a delivery confirmation from the US Postal Service.

We will replace or refund any orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or lost by the carrier.

Damaged items will be replaced after returning the damaged goods to us.
Please obtain prior authorization before returning any items.
Return and Refund Policy: Returns must have an authorization number. With prior approval you may return unopened and sealed product for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and restocking fee) within 30 days of purchase.
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED ON ALL RETURNS. Wholesale orders are not returnable.
Problems using the site to place an order?
We have two checkout options. You can use our regular checkout option or Google Checkout. Choose the checkout method you prefer at your Shopping Cart page. Either checkout method will allow you to pay by credit or debit card. If you'd like to use your checking account, choose PayPal as your payment method, no PayPal account needed.
Some customers may encounter a "cookie" problem when placing an order. Cookies must be "enabled" to use our site.
